Remote therapy offers a convenient and accessible option for teenagers and young adults to receive the support they need from the comfort of their own environment. Through virtual sessions, we create a safe space for them to explore their emotions, process their experiences, and develop coping strategies that promote positive mental health. Our telehealth sessions are secure, private, and convenient.

Starting September 1st, 2024, I will be accepting Aetna insurance as a form of payment. For clients with Aetna, please provide your insurance details before your first session.
For those with other insurance providers, all services are self-pay only. I do not accept other insurance plans at this time. Accepted forms of payment include cash, check, Venmo, debit/credit card, and HSA card. Payment is due at the time of service.
If you are using an insurance provider other than Aetna, I am happy to provide you with a superbill, which you can submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement.
